• Service providers: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe/Kurv/PayPal (payments), Netlify (hosting), Anthropic API (AI features). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data

• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to you
• Safety: To prevent fraud or protect the rights and safety of Flipmo or others

4. AI Features and Data Processing

Our AI Underwriting tool uses the Anthropic API to process your inputs and generate analysis. When you use AI-powered features:

• Your tool inputs are sent to Anthropic's API for processing
• Anthropic's privacy policy and data processing terms apply to this processing
• We do not use your data to train AI models
• Do not enter personally identifiable information of third parties into AI tools

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:

• Account data is deleted within 30 days
• Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law
• Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Passwords encrypted using bcrypt hashing via Supabase Auth
• Row-level security policies on our database
• Regular security reviews

No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Cookies and Tracking

• Local storage: To save your preferences and subscription tier locally

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We do not run ads on this platform.

Flipmo is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the US (including Gulf/GCC countries), your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
