⚠ By completing a purchase on Flipmo.io, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and merchant of record.

1. How Payments Work

Flipmo LLC uses Paddle.com as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes your payment, issues your receipt, handles tax compliance, and manages payment queries on our behalf. When you subscribe to Flipmo, you are transacting with Paddle as the legal seller, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to this policy.

Flipmo LLC provides the platform, tools, and subscription access. All billing, invoicing, and payment processing is handled exclusively by Paddle.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Flipmo paid subscriptions — Investor Plan and Global Plan, monthly and annual. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 calendar days of your payment date, contact us and we will process a full refund.

2.1 How to Request

  1. Email hello@flipmo.io with subject: "Refund Request — [Your Email]"
  2. Include your registered account email and payment date
  3. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Paddle

You do not need to provide a detailed reason within the 14-day window. We will honour the request.

3. Subscription Renewals

Flipmo subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive a renewal reminder before each charge. Renewal payments are non-refundable except in cases of verified billing errors or where required by applicable law. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date per Section 5.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period — no further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

To cancel, email hello@flipmo.io with subject: "Cancel Subscription — [Your Email]". We will confirm within 1 business day.

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not trigger a refund for the current period unless the request falls within the 14-day money-back window.

6. Billing Errors

If you have been charged in error — duplicate charge, wrong plan, or charge after confirmed cancellation — contact us immediately at hello@flipmo.io. We will investigate and issue a full refund via Paddle within 5 business days where confirmed.

7. Service Credits for Outages

In the event of a verified platform outage attributable solely to Flipmo LLC lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, affected subscribers may receive a prorated service credit applied to their next billing cycle. Credits are not redeemable for cash. Flipmo is not liable for outages caused by Paddle, third-party infrastructure, internet providers, or force majeure events.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us at hello@flipmo.io before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Because Paddle is our merchant of record, Paddle will handle and contest chargeback claims using transaction records, access logs, and this published policy. Accounts subject to chargebacks filed without prior contact may be suspended during investigation.

9. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. EU and UK residents retain their statutory right of withdrawal for digital services where applicable. California residents retain all rights under applicable California consumer protection statutes. Where applicable law provides broader rights than this policy, those statutory rights apply and take precedence.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in Flipmo's Terms of Service.

11. Changes to This Policy

Flipmo LLC may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 7 days before taking effect. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
